Ground Level vs Elevated
Below you can see the difference between ground level and elevated shots of the exterior of a home. You can add an Aerial Still Photography Mini-Session to your residential photo shoot at a great price!
A typical ground level shot. Because of the perpective and unavoidable camera angle, parts of the house will look out of proportion.
An elevated shot captures the property from a better perspective, keeping proportions natural and showing off the size and shape of the home.

All aerial videos are not created equal! We can add optional 3d motion tracking graphic elements to your video in post production to add that extra polish that luxury and commercial clients will appreciate!

Did You Know?
Any type of commercial drone flight requires a license issued by the FAA, otherwise it is in violation of federal law. The term “Commercial”, as defined by the FAA, not only includes a drone pilot being paid for services, but it also includes any drone work done “in house” in support of a business, such as real estate or farming. In some cases, local airports must be notified of a drone flight. Safety is the first and last consideration when flying a drone. Always be sure that you only work with a professional drone pilot who has the proper knowledge and credentials to fly legally and safely!
